Types of activities

How to find the right fit
Your sports brassieres need to fit slightly tighter than regular bra, but still you can make a deep breath comfortably.
The band provides most of the support for the brassiere so that the band fits snugly under your chest and parallel to the ground. Please make sure that the strap is fixed and move around as you check whether the brassiere is hurting or the shoulder is slipping.
As they have a more accurate fit, please look for a sports bra that comes in cup and band size, not normal small, medium or large.

Breathable materials with minimal or covered seams
If the fabric of the bra is not breathable (ie pure cotton), it is very likely to trap moisture under the chest if you sweat while exercising. This is one of the main causes of rash! The cloth that absorbs moisture helps to evaporate water more easily from the body by pulling moisture out of the brassiere.
Please keep the brassieres seams to a minimum or wear a cover. All seams of sports brassiere will rub against your skin and may irritate and it may cause itching.
